  • Only by unlocking them. The exam cell can lock a subject's marks at any stage; unlocking needs a written reason and puts the subject back where it was. Draft and Submitted change by themselves as marks go in; Verify, Approve and Publish are steps the exam cell takes.

  • Yes. Set each paper's date and time class by class, or one time for all; clashes and school holidays are flagged before you save, and the datesheet downloads as PDF or Excel. Admit cards print with the child's photo, details, papers and instructions — 1 to 4 to a page — and families see them in the app once distributed.

  • Yes. Add exam centers, rooms and seats once, allocate rooms to each paper, auto-assign seats and assign invigilators.

  • Every report card has a serial number in your own format, and the designs that show it carry a QR code. Scanning it opens a page with the child's name, class, percentage and grade as the school issued them.
