Every school is different — student count, board, number of campuses, transport use, hostel use. A single published tier would be wrong for most schools. We give an exact quote in the first 24 hours after you tell us your school's size.
Per-student or flat-fee?
Per-student per-year, billed annually or in two half-year installments. No per-module charges — every module is included.
Are there setup fees?
No. ₹0 migration cost, ₹0 training fee for the first go-live, ₹0 for WhatsApp template approval. Setup is included.
What about SMS, WhatsApp, or payment-gateway costs?
These are passed through at cost. WhatsApp Business API charges (₹0.20-0.70 per conversation depending on category). SMS via Twilio or equivalent. Payment gateway fees (Razorpay, PayU, etc.) — the standard 1-2% applies.
Multi-campus group discounts?
Yes. Groups get progressive per-student discounts starting at 3 campuses. The more campuses on Inkwelly, the lower the per-student cost.
Can we start small and grow?
Yes. Start with one campus or one board. Add campuses, boards, or modules as you grow. We bill only for what's active.
Pilot terms?
90-day paid pilot on your real data. If it's not working at day 90, we refund pro-rata and hand your data back in standard formats. No lock-in, ever.
Payment terms?
Annual or half-yearly, in INR. We issue a GST-compliant invoice. Payments via NEFT, UPI, or card. We don't accept cash for school bills.
