Operators workspace actually कैसे काम करता है
Transport → Operators खोलिए। School की buses पर या उनके लिए काम करने वाला हर व्यक्ति listed है — drivers, conductors, female attendants, helpers, और workshop mechanic भी अगर आप books पर रखना चाहें। हर row पर नाम, role, operator (school खुद, या named vendor), photograph, currently assigned route, licence validity, और paperwork और complaints का colour-coded summary — clean हो तो green, 30 दिन में expire हो या open complaint हो तो amber, paper lapse हो गया हो या complaint unresolved हो तो red।
किसी भी person में click कीजिए। उसकी profile एक single source of truth जैसी पढ़ती है। Identity — पूरा नाम, photograph, date of birth, blood group, emergency contact, home address। Documents — driving licence class और expiry के साथ (drivers के लिए), conductor licence जहाँ applicable, Aadhaar reference, police verification, medical fitness certificate। Operations — currently assigned route और bus, shift timings, days available, leave history। Training — हर training session attended, date, topic और certificate के साथ। Performance — punctuality, attendance, parent complaints history, accident history, incident history, live tracking से attribute हुए speed और route-deviation alerts। Salary — अगर आपका school in-house drivers को pay करता है, salary profile पर है, owned drivers के लिए employee payroll integration के साथ। Vendor drivers vendor का billing rate carry करते हैं।

Minor girls वाले हर route पर female attendant
POCSO Act 2012 का minor children की safeguarding पर vague expectation नहीं है। School पर एक clear duty है। Minor girls को carry करने वाले routes पर एक female attendant या verified female conductor साथ चाहिए। Inkwelly route plan पर ही यह rule enforce करता है — in-charge रुल violate करने वाला route assignment higher-role override और written reason के बिना save नहीं कर सकता।

Licences, police verification, medical fitness — वो papers जो कोई school miss नहीं कर सकता
Driving licence obvious है। लेकिन भारतीय schools को police verification (typically annual), medical fitness certificate (typically annual), conductor licence जहाँ State require करे, और road-safety और child-safeguarding programmes के training certificates चाहिए। हर का expiry date है। हर expire होने पर problem है।

1. 7:42 a.m. का parent question. 3. Tuesday का substitute driver. Bus 4 का regular driver दो दिन के लिए leave apply करता है। In-charge Suresh को substitute approve करता है — उसकी licence valid, training current, वो उस दिन already off rota था। Trip log substitution record करता है। Parent app Suresh का नाम और photograph update करती है। Parents को कोई surprise नहीं। Morning चलती है।
4. October का parent complaint phone-on-the-wheel पर. Parent बोलता है पिछले Tuesday बेटी ने driver को phone पर देखा। In-charge driver की profile खोलता है, अगस्त में same category की एक open complaint देखता है, उस हफ्ते morning trips में दो speed alerts देखता है, safe-driving training certificate overdue देखता है। वो driver को counsel करता है, fresh training session book करता है, complaint पर closure date के साथ note लिखता है। Parent को substantive update मिलती है। Driver को पता है conversation fair थी।
5. Vendor का surprise substitute.
