Dashboard की हर detail
वो चार numbers जो principal को चाहिए
Total events। Total holidays। Total exams। Working days remaining। वे screen के top पर हैं क्योंकि सोमवार सुबह यही चार numbers मायने रखते हैं।
वे last quarter का trend carry करते हैं। "Working days remaining: 64। वो पिछले साल इसी date से 12 कम हैं।" अब आपको syllabus committee को क्या बताना है पता है — और Excel खोलनी नहीं पड़ी।
Heatmap ही वो screen है जो सबको याद रहती है
Class 10 coordinator Diwali और Republic Day के बीच free हफ्ते चाहती हैं? Heatmap में पाँच सेकंड में मिल जाएगा। Office assistant सोच रही है कौन से दिन overlapping events से भारी हैं? हर cell में एक से ज़्यादा event हो तो एक छोटा count chip दिखता है।

Holiday impact: fee calculations के लिए number
October में 31 calendar days हैं। Dussehra, Diwali, Bhai Dooj और चार Sundays के बाद, 19 working days हैं। January में joining वाले students के fees pro-rate करने वाले accountant को यह number चाहिए। Substitute-teacher coordinator को चाहिए। Syllabus planner को चाहिए।
अब तक कोई हाथ से गिनता था। या कोई paper calendar देखकर anumaan लगाता था। Holiday Impact card हर महीने का working-day count real time में, बिना spreadsheet के।
Class impact: overloaded classes को देखें
Class 10 पर 23 events scoped हैं — pre-boards, board exam window, special PTMs, prep camps। Class 1 पर 8। September mid तक, Class 10 coordinator थक जाती हैं और Class 1 teachers सोचती हैं कि छोटों के लिए कोई plan क्यों नहीं करता।
Class Impact card September से पहले यह imbalance दिखाता है। किसी भी row पर click करें — उस class के events दिख जाएँगे। Add या remove करें जब तक load fair न हो। Chairman को पूछना नहीं पड़ेगा — आप पहले ही दिखा सकती हैं।
असली सोमवार, असली schools

कुछ चीज़ें जो जान लेनी अच्छी हैं
Dashboard view के लिए है, edit के लिए नहीं। Events बदलने के लिए Bulk Calendar Setup, per-event edit form, या 12-महीने का calendar view पर जाएँ। यह जानबूझकर है — dashboard view से कोई accidentally साल के events wipe नहीं करता।
आपको क्या दिखता है यह depend करता है कि आप कौन हैं। Principal को सबकुछ दिखता है। Class teacher को अपनी class के events ही। Parent app पर sirf अपने बच्चे की class के events। Permissions Identity & Access Management में manage होती हैं — onboarding पर एक बार set करें।
कोने में alerts advisory हैं, blockers नहीं। "Eid date confirm नहीं", "Annual Function Class 10 pre-boards से टकरा रही है" जैसी छोटी चीज़ें flag करते हैं — लेकिन event save करने से कभी नहीं रोकते। Calendar का owner principal है; हम बस वो चीज़ें सामने लाते हैं जो second look मांगती हैं।

क्या heatmap एक से ज़्यादा events वाले दिनों को handle करता है?
हाँ। जब एक ही दिन पर एक से ज़्यादा events हों — जैसे religious holiday और Class 10 board exam साथ में — cell primary event का colour ले लेता है और कोने में एक छोटा count chip आता है। Cell पर click करें और popover उस दिन के हर event को one-click edit के साथ list करता है। Sundays हमेशा लाल में render होते हैं, हर Indian school की पुरानी परंपरा।
Working-day numbers fees में कैसे मदद करते हैं?
Holiday Impact card आपको हर महीने के working days holidays के *बाद* दिखाता है — October में 19 working days, 31 नहीं। आपका accountant इस number का use करता है late-joining students के fee waivers pro-rate करने, substitute-teacher payouts calculate करने, और syllabus pacing plan करने के लिए। अब तक यह paper calendar से हाथ से count होता था; अब जैसे ही आप holiday save करती हैं, update हो जाता है।
क्या class के हिसाब से exam load देख सकती हूँ?

नहीं — alerts हमेशा advisory हैं। ये छोटी चीज़ें flag करते हैं (lunar festival date confirm नहीं, exam school event से टकरा रहा है, इस quarter में कोई PTM नहीं) और offending event से one-click resolution के लिए सीधे link करते हैं। Calendar का owner principal है; हम बस वो चीज़ें सामने लाते हैं जो सोमवार सुबह second look मांगती हैं।
