Student Achievement System: Every win. Remembered.

Teachers record competition results on the app or the web. Each one is verified with its proof, scored by your own rules, and kept on a portfolio that follows the child from class to class.

What is a student achievement management system?

Every prize counted. Every child seen.

A student achievement management system is school software that records every competition a student enters and what they won — from sports day and inter-house events to olympiads and district, state and national contests. Inkwelly verifies each result with its proof, scores it on your own rubric and keeps a portfolio that follows the child, year after year.

Also called a student achievement tracker, school awards register, co-curricular record or student portfolio software.

Why schools move from achievement registers and files to software

Registers. Photocopies. Memory. Or one record.

Today a child's wins live in a register, a folder of photocopies and a teacher's memory. In Inkwelly every result is recorded once, checked once and kept for good.

How most schools do it today

A register, a folder and a WhatsApp group.

  • Results go into a register or an Excel file — if someone remembers
  • Certificates are photocopied into a folder, or lost in a cupboard
  • Nobody checks a result before it's read out at assembly
  • The prize list is built by hand from every class teacher's notes
  • When a child moves up a class, last year's record stays behind

With Inkwelly

Recorded once. Verified once. Kept for good.

  • Teachers record results on the app or the web, against the competition
  • Certificates, photos and result sheets attached to the result itself
  • Every result verified before it counts; a rejection needs a reason
  • The leaderboard is always up to date — prize lists are a question away
  • Each child's portfolio follows them to every class, year after year

Record competition results and verify them in one place

Record it at the track. Verify it in one tap.

The PE teacher records the relay on the Inkwelly staff app — four runners, one team entry. The coordinator verifies it from the queue, and the points are fixed for good.

  1. 1Pick the contest, add who placed
  2. 2Submit — a team is one entry
  3. 3Verify — the points are fixed

Sample school. Staff allowed to verify can do it on the app or the web. House points flow only when your school turns on “Send points to houses”.

A student achievement portfolio that follows every child, year after year

Class 4 to Class 8. One record.

Every verified win lands on the child's portfolio. Switch to All years and the whole story is there — a promotion never wipes a prize.

Sample student. Rankings are shown to staff only; staff can also hide any award from a portfolio.

Achievement leaderboard, participation gap and a fair scoring rubric

See who's shining. And who's not been seen.

A leaderboard for prize day, the children nobody has noticed yet, class by class — and points from your own rules, written down and versioned.

Inter-house, district and national competitions, the way Indian schools run them

Made for Indian schools. And their sports days.

The levels, categories and organisers Indian schools actually work with — already there.

  • Inter-house to national

Nine levels: class, house, school, inter-school, zonal, district, state, national and international.

  • Organisers you know

Your school, a cluster like Sahodaya, the board, the government, a sports federation, a university or an NGO.

  • Scouts, Guides & NCC

Eleven ready categories — sports to olympiads, NCC, community service, leadership — and you can add your own.

  • Hindi names too

Categories come with Hindi names — खेलकूद, प्रदर्शन कला, ललित कला — and the portal works in English and Hindi.

  • The house system, built in

Verified wins can add to the house tally — the inter-house spirit Indian schools run on.

  • Proof for inspections

Certificates and result sheets stay attached to each result — the evidence an inspection or a board file asks for.

Achievements for teachers, coordinators, the principal and the office

Recorded by many. Checked by one.

Each person sees what their role allows — rankings stay with the few who need them.

  • Class & PE teachers

Record results on the staff app or the web, and see a child's awards on their student card. The ranked list stays out of view.

  • Coordinator

Anyone given Verify: checks each entry — a whole team is one row — looks at the proof and verifies or rejects with a reason.

  • Principal

The year at a glance, the leaderboard, the children not yet noticed and the scoring rules.

  • Office

Brings past years in from Excel, keeps the categories tidy and sets who can see rankings.

Ask Inkwelly AI about achievements, in English or Hindi

Ask who won what. Get names and numbers.

Ask in English, Hindi or Hinglish. Inkwelly AI reads your achievements — the year's results, any child's record, the children not yet recognised — and answers with names and numbers, or makes the prize list.

Try

It answers. It also does the paperwork.

  • Spot

The children no one has noticed yet.

It finds the children with nothing recorded — this year or ever — so a quiet achiever gets a look before prize day.

  • Reports

    Prize lists in seconds.

Ask for the prize-day list or any summary, and download it as a file.

  • Cards

A child's record, in the chat.

Awards, points and podium finishes — with a button to the full portfolio.

  • Letters

An appreciation letter, on your letterhead.

It drafts the letter with the real result. You check it, then it issues the PDF with a serial number.

  • How-to

“How do I bring in last year's results?”

Clear steps for any task, with a button to the right page.

Years of wins? Bring them along.

A child's portfolio can start with their past. We bring your old results in — every year in one sheet — so the record is whole from your first day.

  1. Extract

Your old results from registers, Excel or your current software's export.

    We do this
  2. Fill the template

One row per child per result: competition, category, level, position, date — and the session it belongs to.

    We do this
  3. Check file

Every row is checked first. Unknown students, levels or repeats are flagged and skipped; the rest import.

    We do this
  4. Pick a date

You approve. Past years can come in already verified; this year's can go to the queue instead.

    You do this
  • ₹0

    To move

₹0 migration, ₹0 training, ₹0 setup. Data extraction from your current system — or from Excel if the vendor won't cooperate — is on us.

  • Next day

    Go-live

Go-live can be the next working day. You pick the date; we don't need months of parallel running to get there.

  • 90 days

    Pilot

90-day paid pilot on your real data. If it isn't working at day 90, pro-rata refund and your data back in standard formats.

Student achievement system: questions schools ask.

  • A student achievement management system is school software that records every competition a student enters and what they won — from sports day and inter-house events to olympiads and district, state and national contests. Inkwelly verifies each result with its proof, scores it on your own rubric and keeps a portfolio that follows the child, year after year.

  • Any competition result — sports, performing and fine arts, debate, olympiads, science and robotics, Scouts, Guides and NCC, community service, leadership and more — at nine levels from class and house to district, state, national and international. Positions run from first, second and third to finalist, special mention, selected for the next level and participation.

  • In Record results: pick the competition, tap the students who placed, set each position, attach a certificate or photo and submit for verification. Teachers can also record a result from the sports ground on the Inkwelly staff app.

  • A team is one entry. The relay, the choir or the quiz team is verified once, with one set of proof, and every member gets the award on their own record. A team captain gets a small extra in points.

  • A second person checks every result before it counts. Only verified results count on the leaderboard and portfolios by default. Rejecting a result needs a reason, and so does un-verifying one.

  • You can attach certificates, photos, result sheets, news clippings and more. By default, results at school level and above need proof before they can be verified; your school can change that level.

  • Points = level weight × position × category × role. With the default weights a district first is 160 points, a school first 40 and a house first 20. Your school can change every weight; each change is a new version, and results already scored keep the version that scored them.

  • With the default weights it does — 96 points against 40 — and the scoring screen says so in plain words. If you want it differently, count only podium finishes above a level, rank students on their best few awards, or cap non-podium results in each category every year.

  • Only staff with the wider view-all access, because it names and ranks children. A class teacher can open one child's record but not the ranked school list.

  • Yes. Achievements belong to the student, not the class, so a Class 4 prize is still on the record in Class 12. The All years view shows every year at your school — or across every school in your group, if you turn that on.

  • Yes. The Students list has a Not yet filter for children with nothing recorded, and the dashboard shows how many children each class has recognised — classes with nobody recognised stand out.

  • Yes, if you turn on Send points to houses. A verified award then adds points to the student's house, with a multiplier you set, and un-verifying takes them back off. It is off by default.

  • Yes. The Inkwelly staff app has Achievements: record a result against a competition, add a whole team, and — for staff allowed to verify — confirm or reject entries.

  • Yes. Download the template, fill one row per result with the session it belongs to, and Check file. The preview shows ready rows and rows with problems, and past years can come in already verified. Or send us your registers and we'll do it, at no cost.

  • Not today. Achievements are recorded, verified and seen by staff — in the portal and the staff app. To share a win with families, send an announcement from Communications.

  • Not from Achievements today. On plans with Inkwelly AI, it can draft an appreciation letter on your school letterhead with the real result and issue it as a numbered PDF.

  • Yes. The dashboard shows awards month by month, by level, category and position, the latest results, how many children each class has recognised and how long results are waiting to be verified.

  • Yes. Inkwelly works in English and Hindi, and the ready categories come with Hindi names — खेलकूद, प्रदर्शन कला, ललित कला and more.

  • Yes, on plans with Inkwelly AI. Ask “is saal school ne kya jeeta?”, “district level winners dikhao” or “Riya ne kya kya jeeta?” in English, Hindi or Hinglish, and get names, numbers or a prize list in Excel. The AI reads achievements; staff record and verify them.

  • Achievements is in the Standard plan, at ₹99 per student per year (GST extra). Plans run ₹49–₹199 per student per year, with ₹0 migration, training and setup.
