Delhi: 11 मई से बोर्ड क्लास remedial 7:30-10:30 AM slot में parental NOC अनिवार्य
Delhi के directorate of education ने 11 मई से 23 मई तक Class 9, 10 और 12 की remedial classes 7:30-10:30 AM के heat-shifted slot में compress कीं — हर government और aided स्कूल पर parental NOC, online attendance और one-hour period cap अनिवार्य।
नई दिल्ली, 10 मई — Directorate of Education ने 8 मई को Delhi के government और aided स्कूलों को आदेश दिया कि वे 11 मई से 23 मई तक Class 9, 10 और 12 की remedial classes 7:30 से 10:30 AM के heat-shifted slot में compress करें — हर campus पर parental NOC, online attendance marking और one-hour period cap अनिवार्य।
जिन स्कूलों ने अभी-अभी दो महीने heat-shifted assemblies और water bells चलाए हैं, उनके लिए 8 मई का circular एक और compliance घड़ी है — पर ज़्यादा तीखी। directorate के दायरे का हर स्कूल 11 मई से पहले अपना remedial timetable concerned DDE (Zone) को submit करेगा, parents से लिखित NOC consent लेगा, और uniform के बिना आए students को flag करेगा। office staff के पास workflow set करने के लिए एक हफ्ते से कम वक़्त है।
Delhi के सभी government और aided स्कूलों में 11 मई से summer vacation शुरू होगी और 30 जून तक चलेगी, पर Class 9, 10 और 12 के students 23 मई तक mornings-only sessions में आते रहेंगे। Class 9 और 10 की remedials में Science और Mathematics पर focus रहेगा; Class 12 के subjects principal 'as per the requirements of students' तय कर सकते हैं, circular में directorate ने कहा। Teachers 7:20 से 11:00 AM, students 7:30 से 10:30 AM। हर period एक घंटे तक सीमित। Students uniform में आएं; attendance online मार्क और Zone DDE को रिपोर्ट होगी। parents से लिखित consent — circular में जिसे No-Objection Certificate कहा गया है — किसी भी छात्र के join होने से पहले अनिवार्य है। समय पर timetable submit न करने वाले स्कूलों को deficiency note मिलेगा।
यह circular Delhi के व्यापक heat-protocol session का हिस्सा है — directorate ने April में ही स्कूलों को early-morning timings पर डाला था। इसी साल directorate ने स्कूलों को एक महीने से ज़्यादा अग्रिम fee लेने पर रोक लगाई थी — देखें seven-day fee compliance order — जिससे यह 2026-27 ramp में Delhi स्कूलों ने तीसरा बड़ा operational circular absorb किया है।
Directorate के अनुसार, स्कूलों को signed remedial timetables 11 मई की सुबह से पहले अपने Zone DDE को email करने या upload करने होंगे। parents consent रोक सकते हैं अगर वे चाहते हैं कि उनका बच्चा remedials skip करे; ऐसे cases में स्कूल same online attendance system में refusal record करेंगे। पूरे period के दौरान directorate compliance की inspection करेगा।
