CBSE स्कूलों की ख़ास ज़रूरतें होती हैं जिन्हें ज़्यादातर generic ERP चूक जाते हैं — board-style report cards, term fee cycles, RTE, और ऐसे parents जो UPI और WhatsApp पर pay करते हैं। यह 2026 गाइड बताती है कि एक CBSE स्कूल को असल में क्या देखना चाहिए, और सही software कैसे चुनें।
एक CBSE स्कूल कोई generic स्कूल नहीं है
एक CBSE स्कूल अपनी ही लय पर चलता है। Report cards board के scholastic और co-scholastic pattern पर grades के साथ बनते हैं, सिर्फ़ एक marks total नहीं। Fees terms या installments में आती हैं, एक मुश्त नहीं। RTE quota को track और claim करना है, affiliation की paperwork है, बड़े rolls हैं जो slow software पर बोझ डालते हैं, और ऐसे parents हैं जो अब UPI पर pay करना और स्कूल से WhatsApp पर सुनना चाहते हैं।
ज़्यादातर school software इनमें से किसी के लिए नहीं बना। यह नाम store कर सकता है और एक receipt छाप सकता है, पर इससे एक सही CBSE report card बनवाइए या एक term fee cycle संभलवाइए तो यह चरमराने लगता है। यह गाइड ऐसा software चुनने के बारे में है जो पहले से CBSE समझता हो — ताकि आपका स्कूल software को अपने हिसाब से ढाले, उल्टा नहीं।
असली test: क्या यह पहले से CBSE जानता है, या आप इसे सिखाएंगे?
एक CBSE स्कूल के लिए best school management software वही है जहाँ आपके board का report card, fee terms और RTE handling built-in हों, बाद में जोड़े न गए हों। अगर demo एक generic marksheet दिखाए और salesperson वादा करे कि 'हम इसे आपके लिए customise कर देंगे', तो आप एक product नहीं, एक project खरीद रहे हैं। नीचे सब कुछ इन दोनों में फ़र्क़ बताने के बारे में है।
एक CBSE स्कूल को असल में क्या चाहिए
generic feature list हटा दीजिए तो एक CBSE स्कूल की ज़रूरतें ख़ास होती हैं। हर एक को demo में अपनी ही classes के साथ जाँचिए — किसी sample school के साथ नहीं।
CBSE checklist
- CBSE-format report cards — scholastic और co-scholastic areas, grades और remarks, board के layout में, पूरी class के लिए एक साथ बनते हुए
- Term और installment fee cycles — एक मुश्त annual amount नहीं, per-term due dates और late-fee rules के साथ
- UPI, card और net banking से online fees, WhatsApp payment links और आपके स्कूल के letterhead पर auto-receipts के साथ
- RTE 25% quota handling — RTE students को mark कीजिए, concessions track कीजिए और reimbursement claims तैयार कीजिए, बिना अलग register के
- बड़े पैमाने पर performance — ऐसा software जो 1,000 से 3,000-student roll के लिए तेज़ रहे, सिर्फ़ 20 के demo के लिए नहीं
- एक parent app जिसे parents सचमुच खोलें — fees, attendance, report cards और notices एक जगह
- TDS, EPF और ESI के साथ staff payroll, और UDISE+ तथा दूसरे returns के लिए exportable data
- data भारत में store और DPDP Act के अनुरूप संभाला जाए
जो हिस्सा generic software गलत करता है: report cards
अगर आप demo में एक चीज़ जाँचें, तो report card जाँचिए। एक CBSE marksheet सिर्फ़ 100 में से marks नहीं है — यह grades के साथ scholastic subjects, co-scholastic areas, discipline और remarks है, board के अपेक्षित layout में, और इसे एक class के हर बच्चे के लिए एक साथ सही होना है। यहीं generic और imported tools बिखर जाते हैं: वे एक सादा table देते हैं और उसे report card कहते हैं। vendor से कहिए कि आपकी किसी एक class के लिए एक असली CBSE report card, आपके format में, demo के दौरान बनाए। अगर वे नहीं कर पाते, तो बाकी कोई भी feature उन हफ़्तों की भरपाई नहीं करता जो result के समय आपके teachers गँवाएंगे।
कैसे चुनें: एक CBSE स्कूल के लिए demo test
हर shortlisted option को वही छोटा test दीजिए, अपने ही स्कूल के data के साथ:
- एक live CBSE report card माँगिए। उनसे अपनी class की marksheet, CBSE format में, demo में बनवाइए — किसी दूसरे स्कूल का screenshot नहीं।
- अपने ही phone पर एक live fee pay कीजिए। एक UPI payment link भेजिए, 1 रुपया pay कीजिए, और देखिए कि receipt आती है और ledger अपने आप update होता है।
- अपना term fee structure set up करवाइए। आपके installments, due dates, transport और RTE — demo में बनाए जाएं, सिर्फ़ बताए न जाएं।
- parent app एक सस्ते phone पर खोलिए। अगर वह एक basic Android पर slow है, तो आपके parents उसे इस्तेमाल नहीं करेंगे।
- all-in annual price और एक data-export जवाब लीजिए। आपके roll के लिए software जमा gateway charge, और ठीक-ठीक कि बाद में आप अपना data कैसे निकालेंगे।
एक CBSE स्कूल के लिए क्या कीमत होती है
एक CBSE स्कूल के लिए pricing आमतौर पर आपके roll के हिसाब से चलती है: एक पूरे ERP के लिए per-student plans लगभग 20 से 80 रुपये per student per year, या flat annual plans जो आकार के साथ scale करते हैं। एक 1,500-student CBSE स्कूल एक 400-student स्कूल से अलग band में आएगा, इसलिए हमेशा अपने असली roll के लिए price लीजिए। और online fees पर payment-gateway charge को software price में हमेशा जोड़िए — वही, sticker नहीं, असली annual लागत है।

दो-तीन options shortlist कीजिए। हर demo में उनसे अपनी class का CBSE report card बनवाइए और अपने phone पर एक live fee payment चलाइए — अपने ही term structure और RTE setup के साथ। हर price में अपने असली roll के लिए gateway charge जोड़िए। फिर वही चुनिए जिसने CBSE को 'बाद में customise कर देंगे' के बिना संभाला। अगले fee term से switch कीजिए। जो CBSE स्कूल sign करने से पहले report card और fee flow test करता है, वह शायद ही पछताता है।
