- Bus odometer: The transport office can now pull up any day's readings on a phone and see at a glance which buses were never logged. Missing days can be filled in and wrong readings corrected with a reason kept on record, so the distance each bus ran always reconciles against its fuel bills.
- Fuel: Every diesel or CNG fill lists quantity, rate, amount paid and running mileage per bus, filterable by bus, fuel type or date. Fills on a pump's monthly credit account are marked apart from cash, and any fill with no receipt photo is flagged for the accounts desk. Part of the transport module.
