• Late fees: The late fees screen was only loading the first page of bills, so schools with many overdue transport bills saw just a fraction of them and every total ran short. It now pages through the full list, and the summary tiles count every overdue bill.
• Late fee waivers: A partly waived late fee showed as fully cleared while the bill still charged the remainder, and the option to waive the rest disappeared. Waived amounts now read correctly on both the late fees list and the bill itself.
• Late fee details: Every row now shows when the fee was charged, which installment it belongs to, and whether it was applied automatically or adjusted by hand, with the newest charges first. Totals show in full rupees. Part of transport management.
