add Inky, our AI assistant on the inkwelly.com website

New feature shipped to Inkwelly— India's most actively developed school management software. This change is in production at real Indian schools today, not on a roadmap.

  • Inky: School owners and principals can now ask anything about Inkwelly on our website — pricing, modules, or switching from Entab — in English, Hindi or Hinglish. Inky answers only from our own published pages and shows which page each answer came from.
  • Rich answers: Replies open with the direct answer, then show prices as plan tiles, switching as a step-by-step timeline, included features as ✓/✗ checklists and key facts highlighted. Every answer ends with "Ask next" questions, each one we have a published answer for.
  • Ask bar: A floating "Ask anything…" bar on every page grows smoothly into a calm, centred chat box. It replaces the old WhatsApp button, and talking to our team on WhatsApp is one tap from inside the chat.
  • Leads: Interested schools can share their details right in the chat. Each lead lands in our demo pipeline with a hot, warm or cold score based on role, school size and ERP renewal month, and every website lead now alerts our team by email or WhatsApp.
  • Protection: Hourly and daily spending caps, per-visitor limits, a bot check and a price check keep Inky honest and affordable — a made-up price or discount never reaches a visitor, and lead capture keeps working even when the AI is paused.
  • Team dashboard: Our team runs Inky from one place — greetings, suggestions, offers with end dates, budget and alerts — with a conversation inbox, a block button, pinned answers, an unanswered-questions queue and a test playground.
  • Website: FAQs, the AI page and the contact page now state the same go-live time, pilot terms, plan prices and support number as the pricing page.

This isn't a roadmap. It's already running in a school near you.
