quick feedback surveys for admins, staff and parents
New feature shipped to Inkwelly— India's most actively developed school management software. This change is in production at real Indian schools today, not on a roadmap.
- Feedback: Org admins, teachers, office staff, parents and bus drivers now see a short survey card on their home screen in the app and the school portal, in English and Hindi. It takes about 30 seconds, and answers go straight to the Inkwelly team — schools never see them.
- Parents: On a student's phone, the survey asks whether a parent or the student is answering. Anyone can ask us to call them back or write a message, which opens a normal support request they can follow in My Requests.
- Never in the way: The card appears only on home screens, never mid-task or during a bus trip. Each person is asked at most once a month and can tap Later or close it.
- Follow-up: Our team reads every answer and personally contacts anyone who is unhappy, so the product keeps improving where principals, teachers and parents need it most.
