• Leave board: The leave allocation screen now shows every staff member against every leave type, with days given, used and pending, plus tabs for staff who have no leave yet. Staff can apply for leave from the Inkwelly app only after it is allocated, so gaps stand out at once.
• Bulk allocate: School office staff can give CL, SL or EL to all staff, chosen departments or ticked staff together. A full preview shows what is new, changed or already set before anything is saved, and a quota never drops below days already taken.
• Copy from last session: At the start of a new academic session, every teacher and staff member can get the same leave they had last year in one go, with no retyping of quotas.
• Pro-rata and gender rules: Staff who join mid-year can get a fair share for the months left, rounded to half a day. Leave meant only for women or men, such as maternity leave, is skipped for everyone else. See the staff attendance module.
• Inkwelly AI: Requests like "sab teachers ko 12 CL de do" or "pichhle saal jaisi leave de do" now follow exactly the same rules as the screen, with the same preview before saving.
