• Fees: Two new role permissions, "See fee totals" and "See each student's fee amounts". Staff without them see ₹•••••• in the student fee module, mobile app, exports and PDFs, while statuses, due dates and counts stay visible.
• Collect counter: Office staff without amount access can still collect a payment. The collect screen shows what is due on that one invoice, fee head by fee head, never the concession or scholarship breakdown. Each such view and every receipt reprint is recorded in the audit log.
• Dashboard: School fee totals can no longer be pieced together from the payment-mode, collector or trend cards. Every section now follows "See fee totals", so principals decide who sees daily collection figures.
• Inkwelly AI: Inkwelly AI and connected AI apps follow the same rules and never read out a family's fees to someone who cannot see them. Fee messages in the message log, fee history in the audit log and fee briefings are covered too.
• Roles: Every existing role that handles fees keeps seeing each student's amounts until the school changes it, so nothing moves for staff on day one.
