• Live figures: The dashboard updates the moment a payment, cheque, refund or discount is recorded, whether at the counter, through online payments or with Inkwelly AI, and refreshes itself every minute while open.
• Refunds: Refunds waiting for approval now appear in the refund figures, so accountants see every open request.
