track and mark every class test across the school
New feature shipped to Inkwelly— India's most actively developed school management software. This change is in production at real Indian schools today, not on a roadmap.
- Tests: Staff with the right access can now open Tests in the app and see every class test in the school — who set it, which class sat it, and how much marking is still outstanding. Until now only the teacher who set a test could see it. Part of the examinations module.
- Marking: Principals and exam coordinators can enter or correct marks, mark a student absent, photograph an answer sheet, and release results to students from the phone. Half-entered marks stay saved on the device, so a dropped connection in a Tier-2 or Tier-3 school costs nothing.
- Chasing marks: A ready-made list of tests that have been sat but not yet marked, worst first, so office staff can follow up without hunting through the whole register.
- Student record: Tap any student on a test to see every class-test result they have this session, with their average — useful in parent meetings and for spotting a child slipping across subjects.
This isn't a roadmap. It's already running in your competitor's school.
