add competitions, awards and student recognition

New feature shipped to Inkwelly— India's most actively developed school management software. This change is in production at real Indian schools today, not on a roadmap.

  • Competitions and awards: Every competition a school runs or sends children to — inter-house, district, state, national — now lives in one register with the entrants and what they won. A 20-member choir is recorded as one entry, not twenty. Medals stay with the child for life, so a Class 9 prize still shows on the Class 12 student record.
  • Scoring that cannot be rewritten: Schools set their own points ladder — participation against first place, school level against national — and the version used is frozen onto each award. Retuning the weights next year cannot change last year's prize list, and a yearly cap on minor entries stops point-collecting.
  • Proof before points: Certificates and photos attach as evidence, and a coordinator verifies an entry before it scores anything. Every verified award carries a permanent QR code, so a college or a scholarship board can confirm years later that it is genuine. Certificate images can be read automatically instead of typed in.
  • Recognition, honestly counted: A podium leaderboard with student photos, a lifetime trophy portfolio per child, and a class-by-class view of how many children have never been recognised at all — the figure a principal actually wants before prize day. Existing paper or spreadsheet registers import in one go.
  • Everywhere it is needed: Available in English and Hindi, on the web dashboard and on the teacher and student apps, where a child sees their own trophy case. Prize-day and annual reports print for the school's records, and parents can submit a win from outside school for the coordinator to confirm.
