Staff list: A new Profile column shows each employee's completion percentage as a coloured ring. Office staff can spot incomplete HR records at a glance without opening every profile. The column is on by default and can be hidden from Columns.
Staff profile: The profile header shows a "% complete" ring. Hover it to see each section and what is missing: photo, Aadhaar and PAN, personal details, contact, address, emergency contact, salary bank account, qualifications and documents. Click any incomplete section to jump to the tab that fixes it.
Dashboard: The Employees dashboard's average completion, its score bands and the "profiles below 50%" alert now use the same score. Principals see one consistent number on every screen.
Inkwelly AI: Ask "whose staff profile is incomplete?" or "what is missing in Rakesh sir's profile?" and the AI answers from the same score.
Built for Indian school HR, where a missing salary bank account or PAN holds up payroll, PF and TDS work. Optional records such as PF/UAN, certifications and past jobs are not counted against staff who don't have them. See the employee information module.
