match student records with UDISE+ and fix mismatches
New feature shipped to Inkwelly— India's most actively developed school management software. This change is in production at real Indian schools today, not on a roadmap.
- UDISE+ matching: Inkwelly now compares each student's name, date of birth, gender, PEN and Aadhaar against the government UDISE+/SDMS portal and shows every mismatch side by side. Office staff resolve each one in a single click — accept the UDISE value or flag it to fix in UDISE — with no retyping.
- Compliance board: A school-wide view flags failed Aadhaar verification, missing APAAR IDs and students without a PEN across all classes, and pinpoints which parents to remind on WhatsApp so families fix documents before the yearly UDISE certification deadline. Built for CBSE, ICSE and State board schools. See the student information module.
- Private connector: A lightweight browser helper reads your UDISE+ data inside your own logged-in session, so your government login never leaves your browser and nothing is ever written back to the portal automatically. It keeps Inkwelly's copy fresh as office staff work.
- Fix: Student profiles with a migrated or detained status now show the correct status label instead of an error.
This isn't a roadmap. It's already running in your competitor's school.
