• Photos: the AI's student and staff profile lookups now include the profile photo for its cards — kept strictly in-app; externally connected AI apps never receive photo links.
• Reliable by design: while a card is still arriving it shows a subtle placeholder, anything malformed falls back to plain text so the chat can never break, and copied or exported answers stay clean.
• Snappier chat: long conversations now re-render only the streaming message instead of every message on every frame.
