share any Inkwelly AI chat as a public link, no login needed
New feature shipped to Inkwelly— India's most actively developed school management software. This change is in production at real Indian schools today, not on a roadmap.
Inkwelly AI: A new Share button turns any chat into a public link that principals can send on WhatsApp in one tap. Anyone with the link can read it on their phone without an Inkwelly login. The link keeps the chat as it was when shared, with one-tap Update link, Stop sharing and expiry after 7, 30 or 90 days or never.
Shared page: Trustees, owners and accountants see the answers, charts and Excel or PDF reports exactly as in Inkwelly, with downloads. It is built for cheap Android phones first. On a laptop, reports open beside the chat in a panel you can widen or narrow.
Privacy and control: Only the questions and answers are shared, never the raw school records behind them. Shared pages never appear on Google and carry no trackers. A new role permission, Share AI chats publicly, is on for principals and admins by default. A link stops working if its sharer loses that permission.
Shared links: A new list shows every link you have shared and how many times each was opened, with copy and stop-sharing buttons. Everything is available in Hindi and English.
