Feedback: Teachers, students and parents can now report a problem, send feedback or request a feature from anywhere in the app — shake the phone or open the Help menu. Attach a screenshot or record a quick voice note, and the app captures the screen and device details automatically so issues are easy to reproduce and fix.
Feedback: Everyone can track the status of their own requests and gets a notification the moment one is resolved, along with the reply — so reports never go into a black hole. Works smoothly even on patchy connections, queuing reports offline and sending them once the phone is back online.
