Attach a screenshot or record a quick voice note, and the app captures the screen and device details automatically so issues are easy to reproduce and fix.
- Feedback: Everyone can track the status of their own requests and gets a notification the moment one is resolved, along with the reply — so reports never go into a black hole. Works smoothly even on patchy connections, queuing reports offline and sending them once the phone is back online.
