• Admissions numbering: The student-ID and admission-number setup screen now shows the exact next ID a new student will be given, with a colour-coded breakdown of each part — prefix, school code, year and serial number — so office staff understand the format at a glance. • Continue an existing series: Schools switching from another ERP can start the next number from any value and choose whether student IDs and admission numbers reset each academic year or keep counting continuously — making it easy to carry forward an existing admission register without a break in the sequence.
• Admission form: When auto-numbering is on, the student ID and admission number now show read-only on both the web and mobile admission forms, displaying the exact number that will be assigned so office staff can't accidentally type over it.
