Switch the engine on, pick a tone and a daily send hour, choose your channels, and you are done — existing fee invoices are picked up automatically, with nothing to re-enter. Prefer to stay hands-on? Leave autopilot off and use Remind everyone or the Schedule button whenever you want.

Open Student Fee -> Reminders, switch the engine on, pick a tone and a send hour, and choose your channels. Your existing fee invoices are picked up automatically — there is nothing to re-enter or re-configure.
Will parents be spammed with messages?
No. Reminders send once a day at your chosen hour, respect a per-parent daily cap, and skip any family whose balance is already ₹0. Good-paying families are nudged gently; only genuine defaulters see a firm tone.
Which boards and fee types does it cover?
Any board and any fee head — tuition, transport, exam, admission or custom — because it reminds against your existing Inkwelly invoices. It works for CBSE, ICSE/ISC, IGCSE, IB, NIOS and every State Board.
